Tried these https://joyorganics.com/collections/thc-products  in preference to bed a scattering times now and they truly work. I’m usually tossing and turning, but with these I result up falling asleep technique quicker. No weird hangover compassionate in the morning either. Kinda pricey, but bluntly good it when I just want a wholesome sundown’s sleep.
