The decisive match will take place on Saturday, May 17, at 3:00 p.m. at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, where the Amazons face Edo Queens. A win would secure the championship, while a draw might open opportunities for other contenders based on goal difference. Coach Danjuma, who also coaches Nigeria’s U20 women’s team, is confident in his players' readiness, stating, "We won’t come this far only to fall at the last hurdle."

We believe that Saturday’s clash with Edo Queens is more than just a game it’s a chance to reclaim their place at the pinnacle of Nigerian women’s football. The simultaneous kick-off across all venues ensures no advantage is given and sets the stage for what could be a dramatic and historic finish. If the Amazons can hold their nerve, they will be crowned champions for the first time in eight years, reaffirming their legacy in the NWFL.
