Printed faux carbon fiber is prone to thermal stress failure.

These bare-finish kits lack any protective layer and degrade rapidly. Without sealant, bare resin becomes brittle, chalky, and easily fractured. These finishes are rarely recommended for long term use unless they are professionally sealed and maintained.
